RETURNS AND WARRANTY

Warranty

Rootz highly believes in the quality of our sunglasses. Hence, we offer a 12-month manufacturer defect warranty. Be aware that:
  • Rootz warranty does not cover misused or damaged products;
  • It does not cover general wear and tear;
  • The return cost must be covered by the consumer;

Rootz team will access and check the items returned to ensure the conditions were met. We reserve the right to refuse the claim if the conditions are not met.

Refunds and Exchanges 

If for some reason you are not happy with your new sunnies, don't worry. We offer you 30 days to return your sunglasses. You can opt to exchange the sunnies or get a refund. The below conditions apply:
  • The sunglasses must be returned within 30 days period from the delivery date;
  • The sunglasses must be returned in original condition, without marks, scratches, broken parts, as well as the case, pouch, and cloth;
  • The customer must present us a proof of purchase (invoice and receipt). 
  • The sunglasses can be exchanged for the same model or any other of the equivalent price (if we have in stock);
  • The return cost must be covered by the consumer;
  • We only accept returns or exchanges for purchases made on our website;
  • We do not exchange or refund sunnies straps;
  • We do not refund the amount donated.  

Rootz team will access and check the items returned to ensure the conditions were met. We reserve the right to refuse the claim if the conditions are not met.
