SHIPPING POLICY
We ship our products through Sendle, a carbon-neutral Australian courier. We offer free delivery for all of Australia. The estimated delivery times are:
- Same city: 1 to 5 business days (for rural location);
- Interstate: 4 to 9 business days (for other capital cities);
* Free shipping is not available for promotions or discounted products;
Alternatively, we offer a $12 express post for deliveries in Australia (via Australia Post) or the option to pick up the products directly with us (we are located in Sydney CBD). Please mark local pick-up at the checkout and we will get in touch to organize it.
For international purchases, the cost is calculated via Sendle international shipping. Rates vary according to the country.
